Hasebe Festival Fireworks (Anamizu)
長谷部まつり 北國花火穴水大会
July 19, in the evening
The Hasebe Festival, named for the medieval lord Hasebe Nobutsura, is Anamizu's biggest event. Its fireworks over the bay returned in 2026 for the first time in three years, accompanied by some 350 sky lanterns floated in memory of those lost in the 2024 earthquake — one of the most moving sights of the Noto summer.
