Kanazawa Hyakumangoku Festival
金沢百万石まつり
June 5–7 (main parade June 6)
Held every June, the Hyakumangoku Festival is Kanazawa's signature event. Famous actors play Lord Maeda Toshiie and Lady Omatsu in a grand parade of samurai, acrobatic firefighters, and lion dancers marching from Kanazawa Station to Kanazawa Castle Park.
