Monzen Recovery Prayer Fireworks
門前復興祈願花火

Monzen, home to the great Sojiji temple, suffered severe damage in the 2024 earthquake. This small Obon-season fireworks display carries the community's prayers for recovery. Details are announced locally close to the date — check with Wajima City or the Monzen chamber of commerce before visiting. There is no parking lot.
