Kanazawa Musashi Bon Odori
金沢むさし盆踊り
August 1, 15:00–20:00
Held on the third-floor rooftop of the Kanazawa Musashi department store next to Omicho Market, this is the easiest bon odori to reach in central Kanazawa — a 15-minute walk from the station. Around 2,000 people join the "fureai" (friendly) dance, alongside lion dances, kids' dance performances and live jazz. Wear a yukata for a free ice pop.
